TerraKeep is the field app and web admin that grounds and facilities teams use to run their work. It is operated by TerraKeep LLC.

Contact

For help with the app, email hello@terrakeep.io. We reply during normal business hours, Eastern time. Include the name of your organization and, if you can, the screen you were on.

Getting access

The mobile app asks for a setup code the first time it opens. Your organization's manager gives you that code and creates your account. There is no public sign-up.

If you have the code but cannot sign in, ask your manager first. They can reset your access from the web admin, and they can see whether your account is active.

Deleting your account or your data

To delete your account, or to ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, email hello@terrakeep.io from the address on your account. Records you created for your organization are kept but de-identified from you, as described in the privacy policy.

Reporting a problem

If the app crashes or shows an error, a report reaches us automatically. You do not need to do anything, but an email describing what you were doing helps us fix it faster.
